soooo today!!

Has been a bad day really in terms of well most of my goals.  Missed breakfast too busy with the girls, had a jacket potato for lunch with salad good i guess and im making lamb casserole homed from scratch tonight. and its delish, but i binged on sone some bread whilst cooking it not good.  Well the house looks like a bomb gone off need to tidy and clean ASAP before my partner comes home opppsssiieee lol.  My eldest daughter did lots of walking today and only cried on the way back which was not very far ssoooo im really pleased for her and proud.
