Sewing

As I mentioned on my post, i have taken up sewing.  My OH thinks this is old fashioned but he hasn't seen how gorgeous the garments are on http://theadventuresofroryandjess.blogspt.com are.  I am no where near that level but thats my aim to make pretty dresses and things for my two lovely princesses.  I am starting off with something very simple that is hardly anything special but it will be my first ever sewing piece.  A make up bag...... told you nothing exciting.  But i hope it will look cool and kitch because of the fabric i am using!!   So as my twitter followers will know OH says no sewing late at night hahaha so will have to do it tomorrow.  I have cut and pinned my fabric now any way, so i am all excited...i hope it will give me some confidence in making something more exciting.  I practised making a sleeve the other night and it turned out well and i put it on DD1 and it fitted her really cute.....i know its just a sleeve but when you have done something your self and it looks good you get some kind of pride!!!
